I'm a sucker for a great pound cake. And a pound cake dipped in warm Chocolate Ganache? Be still my heart!

This pound cake has the perfect, buttery crumb. I served it at a dinner I had a few weeks ago and everyone loved it. The cake is great on its own but the sauce takes it to a whole new level!

Both the Chocolate Ganache and the Butter Pound Cake keep well in the fridge and I like keeping the Ganache on hand. Last weekend we pulled it out and drizzled it on some grilled pineapple. Divine!
