Cranberry Bread Recipe

Every year we make this recipe when the weather changes. It's a nostalgic moment for me, cutting the cranberries and mixing the dough. It's something I've participated in since I could hold a knife and it's as essential to my Fall as a sturdy pair of boots or a cozy knit blanket.

My great grandmother supervising us making our loaves of Cranberry Bread. She never missed an opportunity to pass on a little family history in the kitchen and she was incredibly patient with us kids. 

This seasonal bread has the perfect mix of cranberries, orange peel, and sturdy dough. I love to have it for breakfast in the morning or with my evening tea.  Click here for our Family Recipe:
